Make it happen... went to watch this movie last saturday... hmmmz.. think itz 21st Sep 08... basically itz abt dancing (yesh again... itz on dancin...) well... the movie is slightly different frm step up series... the focus went more sensual... ie. to add sexiness in hip hop dance or rather... it diverted slightly away frm the hip hop style of dancing... a summary of the story is: Lauryn (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) is a young woman from a small town in Indiana who moves to Chicago with dreams of entering the Chicago School of Music and Dance. But after rejection and a series of misfortunes, she finds herself working in a burlesque club. The club proves to be a place of conflict and self-discovery, helping Lauryn to realise that even though plans may change, dreams never do. the story line is more or less predictable... the dancing part perhaps is nt really tat strong as comparatively... haf seen ppl writin bad comments abt the show... bt i still think oni ppl who dunno hw to dance would find this show lousy... well... itz normally ppl who gt nth inside talk the loudiest...
