Poor credit rating of TCRThe credit rating of Tan Chang Rong has dropped... This is based on the recent review.. Factors contributing are:1. Go chionging on the day I fly to HK 2. Go chionging on 19-Aug-2011 despite me telling one week in advance tat I DISALLOW him to do so 3. Forever so engross in gaming tat responses to me are poor..
