a new environment = a new start?itz the 3rd day tat i am in the new ofc... oh yah... i din mentioned tat i shift ofc rite... w.e.f 22-sep-08, my ofc officially shifted to keppel bay tower... sm ware near to harbourfront..thus, last week was a hectic one as we jungle in b/w closin n shiftin of ofc oki... first impression of the office... itz huge... bt why r our working space smaller den china court de... so no sense one... i rem tat when i saw the floor plan at china court, i even take my ruler to measure my existin table at tat time wif the new measurement... it is really smaller... more demoralised when saw it... T_T nx... the toilet... oh my god... the toilet dun haf auto-flush... n frm tat u realise tat the ppl at KBT gt really bad toilet habits... most of them dun flush n haf the habit of jz throwin the toilet paper into the toilet bowl... i forgot hw many times i haf to flush first b4 i can use the toilet... er xin~~~~~~ here oni gt 1 toilet wif 3 cubicles... CC gt 2 toilets n 7 cubicles leh... oso... i haf to kick the habit of jz puttin my hands at the tap n expectin water to come out... the tap gt no sensor here as well... the lift here is stupid... we nd to flash our access pass at the sensor in the lift in order for security purpose in order to press the level tat we nd to go to... ooh, the card only allow us to go to 16th floor... which our ofc is... meanin... if the toilet on 16th floor spoil... thatz it... u gt to go harbourfront to use toilet le... the aircon here jz as bad as in CC... cold~~~~ feel sick on the first day oredi... today oso the first time tat i took a cab to new office... the basic meter fare on the cab to KBT is $14.40 n to CC is $15.20... so the diff b/w the 2 offices is $0.80 oni... oki... mz bear in mind tat i save on ERP for comin to KBT... hmmmz... tat oni my initial impression... hope it will get better...
